I could use a little brightness right now so I’m setting the dog photobomb wayback machine to springtime in the mountains.
Enjoy!
Look at the cute tree swallow! Not technically a dog bomb….Incoming on the left……moving through.
My favorite, a Lewis’s monkeyflower on my little monkey, Finn.I finally get the shot I’m after, shooting stars nicely in focus, no dogs, but back home, editing, I notice the dead flower on top. Can’t win.
The original dog photobombs post is here, the second installment (sub-theme: fluffbutts) here, the third installment (sub-theme whatcha lookin’ at?) is here, the fourth (sub-theme Mays gone by) is here, the fifth (no sub-theme) is here, and the sixth (sub-theme Early May 2020) is here.
I delight in exploring the national forest near my Idaho home on foot, whether trail running, hiking, or xc skiing, with my two dogs by my side, taking photos of nature and wildlife. An author and freelance writer, I love observing and writing about the natural world, and dogs, and am a long-time contributing editor at Bark magazine. I used to practice law for a living. I much prefer the writing life.

Gorgeous. Thanks for taking me back to Spring – such a lovely season. Your photos were so fantastic. Just a great post. Thanks for sharing nature’s beauty.
I’ve missed your Dog Photobombs. I enjoyed your beautiful pics (and the dead flower on top matters not). And your monkey, Finn, is adorable. Beautiful views Rebecca. Thank you for sharing!

So much natural beauty, it’s a wonder you ever go inside.
Fluffy butt along the fence line is marvelous.

I admit, it’s often hard to return home, but we all get hungry eventually 😉
